Circular is Now a Certified B Corp

We are excited to share that Circular has received B Corp Certification by B Lab after an extensive and thorough evaluation process.

B Corp Certification is awarded to companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. The certification involves a detailed review of a company’s business model, operations, and its collaboration across various teams, emphasizing a holistic approach to sustainability beyond just isolated metrics.

At Circular, we embrace a cradle-to-cradle systems-based approach to all aspects of design and customer experience (CX), leveraging lifecycle, societal benefit and environmental regeneration as forces for positive change.

Dedicated to serving the public, many of our projects are situated in low to moderate-income neighborhoods and include work for nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and businesses focused on sustainability. Notably, our recent design of a 3K preschool in Corona, Queens, executed in partnership with the New York City School Construction Authority, has garnered multiple accolades, including an AIA Excelsior Award and a SARA NY Design Award.

Our core team includes LEED and Passive House Certified Professionals, enabling our projects to surpass standards for water, air, and energy efficiency set by EPACT and ASHRAE.
